Refund Policy

We hope your are pleased with your purchase and everything is as you expected.


 

However if you have deemed the item(s) purchased to be not suitable, faulty or if you have simply changed your mind please read the policy below or contact us at info@townsquarejewellers.com

Please note that we do not refund the cost of postage for returning items unless the item is deemed faulty or not matching the original description.

 Watch Adjustments made by a third party or carried out causing any damage to the watch are not refundable.

All returned items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped , including instructions,box, guarantee and any extras for a refund to be issued .

To protect your return we advise that you ensure that your goods are insured for their full value and signed for as we cannot refund an item that has been lost in the postal service.


We can only complete a refund using the original method of payment used for the purchase.



RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your purchase.


To exercise the right to return, you must inform us of your decision to do so 

 (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). 


 We will acknowledge your decision (usually by E-mail) as fast as possible. 


You may request replacement products, which we will despatch to you (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products from you. 


No refund will be made in these circumstances & there is only 14 days for this action.


 

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.


We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email or telephone call to notify you when the refund has been 


processed.

BREAKAGES:


Breakages must be reported on day of delivery, we recommend that parcels are opened at time of delivery and signature. 


If you find an item to be damaged or if goods are not received within 7 days please contact us on 01642 553834. 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item broken or faulty we will replace it 


EXCHANGES:

 

If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please just return your unwanted item and contact us advising us of your decision and the item that you would prefer
